Dance of the Deepby ~gramarye

I've always told `dholms that his abstract experimentals look like something you can swim into and that was my inspiration for this piece. I took one of the abstracts he submitted at =resurgere and created my own underwater world. It was fun!

I know have been absent from Deviant art for awhile, but i'm now getting back into the swing of things. This is a beautiful piece and I really love the colors and composition, not to mention its of one of my favorite subjects- Mermaids!

Anyways I really enjoy looking at all your stuff and am excited that you are still around!

Ha, sea dragons are so freakish. Never seen someone do a photo manip with one. I think I'd be happier if that boat receeded more, but I love the textures. Nicely done.

I wanted to do something different from the usual 'fish tail' type of mermaid and the sea dragon seemed an excellent choice. Thanks so much for your comment.
